I am passionate about helping women change life, midlife, find their inner confidence, become brilliant businesswomen and create financial security for their future.

I am so passionate about this that in 2019, aged 61, I rolled up my sleeves, totally changed my life, retrained as a Business Coach and started my group exclusively to help and support women in business over 45 and my mission hasn’t stopped since.

What inspired this..........

In my mid 50’s, perhaps just like you, I sat back and thought what is next for me?

I have been an entrepreneur since the age of 30 but like most women I never reached the full potential that I knew I had. In all honesty I didn’t know how to. I had been wife, looked after the home, and put myself second all my adult life.....totally willingly......but I was still working full time in my business, stretching finances to pay the bills and had the overwhelming feeling that time was running out!

This wasn’t how I thought my life would be, I wanted the years working for financial security and accomplishment to lead somewhere meaningful and believed that I couldn’t possibly be the only woman who felt like this but no matter where I searched I couldn’t find the help and support I needed for midlife women.

I wanted to have a fulfilling future ahead, I didn’t want life to beat me down and in the search of something better I discovered this..........

Life isn’t over by your mid 40’s, nor in your 50’s, 60’s and beyond.

We can change our lives, we can learn new skills, we have a wealth of experience to draw on and we can become amazingly successful businesswomen, creating the wealth and security that we thought had passed us by.

I am living proof that anything is possible.

What about me?

• HUBBY: Steve and I met when we were 22 and 23 (I am slightly older!) We are avid petrol heads, Formula 1 is our joint passion together with cricket! We are rarely separated and still enjoy each others company. We live close to the coast in Kent.
• MY LIFE’s WORK: I am the founder and director of the WOWS Collective (Part of Life Begins at 45 Limited). I also own my destination wedding planning company although these days I have a manager running it for me.
• PETS: I have 2 fur babies Isabella, a rescue dog from Spain and Bobbie, a rescue from Suffolk. I can honestly admit they rule our house and make us laugh every day.
• HOBBIES: Formula 1, formula 1, and formula 1.......oh and cricket lol.
• PASSIONS: Walking, I love the countryside, woods and the beach. We are close to the White Cliffs of Dover, I just love walking for miles along the cliffs with the amazing views to France. Other passion is Champagne. We go on a champagne run to France every year.
• FRIENDS: My Bestie has been my bestie for 40 years! I love seeing my girl friends and going to the theatre, having dinner and just hanging out with them,
• FITNESS: I walk for miles every day, never been into going to the gym or attending exercise classes but it seems to work for me.
• BAD HABIT: I drink wine every day, AND not just wine, fizz!
• SIMPLE PLEASURES: Hot tea in the morning. A quiet hour first thing in the morning (5am) to meditate and have time for me. Roast dinner at home on Winter Sundays.
• LIFE MANTRA: Don’t judge, treat everyone how you want to be treated.
